Biography
Mchelle Bishop is the voting rights specialist at the National Disability Rights Network, where she provides training and technical assistance to the Protection & Advocacy network on voting rights and voting access for people with disabilities. Michelle also works in coalition with the civil rights community in Washington, D.C., to ensure strong federal policy regarding voting rights and election administration.
